Automatic Sampler System Pressurised (ASSP)

Schematic Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd., part of the Standard Group of Companies, presents the ASSP™, a patented system designed for automatic reactor sampling in pressurized environments. It ensures safety, ease of use, and precision in obtaining samples.

Functionality:

The ASSP™ is installed on the reactor dip pipe flange. During operation:

  1. The dip pipe ball valve opens.
  2. The operator activates ASSP™, and nitrogen (N2) purges the system, clearing any stagnant media.
  3. Once N2 flow ceases, process media rises, fills the PTFE ball, and dispenses into the collection pot.
  4. The process repeats until the required sample volume is achieved.
  5. Post-collection, N2 purges the system again to drain excess liquid.
