Standard Glass Lining supply a range of Solvent Recovery Systems which compliments our Reactor supply, providing clients with a turnkey solution for their application.

Our solvent recovery system comprises of a vertical dry multi-stage lobe and claw vacuum pump, designed and manufactured by our group company - Stanpumps.

Our vacuum pumps are designed based on a oil-free, non- contacting, four stage lobe and claw mechanism. This provides consistent vacuum at high efficiencies with the lowest cost of ownership.

The system provides 400m3/h capacity with an ultimate vacuum of less than 0.05 mbar and therefore can be employed for distillation above 3PH and below 5pH.

Our highly efficient systems are free from process contamination and provide more distillate recovery compared to conventional systems. System features include;

• Four stage design with lobe and claw combination.
• Direct drive vertical motor.
• Air cooled, No external source of utility required. Shaft seal and stage purging.
• Cartridge type inlet side bearing enabling replacement of bearing and seals without removing stages.
• Customised vacuum pumping stations are available.
• Y series available for gasses below 3pH
