BE REACTORS: Advanced Single-Piece Construction Reactors

The BE Reactors are renowned for their single-piece construction, where the largest opening is the manway (DN500 or DN600), as per DIN 28136 standards. These reactors range in capacity from 1,600 to 40,000 litres, offering high flexibility and efficiency in agitation, with multiple blade change features to cater to various customer requirements and process configurations. The unique Cryo-Fix technology allows agitators to be assembled inside through the manhole, ensuring minimal downtime and easy maintenance.

Manufacturing Excellence

Our reactors are designed and constructed per ASME Section VIII, with equipment dimensions as per DIN 28136. All fabrication is tested according to ASME Section IX, and glass lining is tested per ISO/DIN 28136. We ensure that our materials and consumables adhere to ASME Section II standards. Our facilities are accredited with ISO 9001, 14000, and 45000 certifications and approved with ASME U & R stamps.
