We offer a diverse range of Glass Lined Reactors, meticulously crafted from premium materials including stainless steel and carbon steel. Our in-house manufactured glass frit is produced in a ceramic crucible, ensuring it is free from ring impurities. We provide specialised glasses tailored to specific requirements, such as PAC, high-temperature tolerance up to 280°C, and high-pressure resistance up to 10 bar.

All equipment is designed and constructed in accordance with ASME Section VIII, with dimensions following DIN 28136 standards. Fabrication is rigorously tested per ASME Section IX, and our glass lining adheres to ISO/DIN 28136 specifications. The materials and consumables used comply with ASME Section II standards.

Our facilities boast ISO 9001, 14000, and 45000 certifications. We have also received accreditations for ASME CE, U symbol from The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, NB mark form the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Inspectors, R symbol from the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and NABCB. Our Glass Lined Reactors are available in models AE, BE, and CE, equipped with a variety of agitators, including the Croix design, to meet diverse customer mixing requirements.
